I find so many hot DVD bargains in my search for Green Bargains, and just hanging out on other sites, that I thought I might as well start a new blog to post them on.

My own bias is for classic TV programmes, horror and sitcoms but I shall be posting any DVD, HD-DVD and Blu-ray titles that appear to be bargains.  Only Adult titles, as this site is being run in the name of a community project*,  will be excluded from our searchlight.

Whilst any affiliate links included in the posts are included in the belief that, unless stated otherwise, they represent the best prices for the item this cannot guaranteed to be the case.  The price comparison sites we’re aware of don’t always give the correct prices, and don’t cover all possible e-tailers, we don’t know about all possible e-tailers either, and it would be impossible for anyone to check every possible shop to ensure that it’s not currently cheaper to buy somewhere offline (but do please tell us using the comments system if you spot a bargain whilst out shopping).

Finally, whilst we’re mainly concerned with the UK market, we may occasionally include overseas bargains too but do make sure you’re fully aware about the issues surrounding importing DVDs (like the exchange rate, import duty, VAT, and the higher postage costs) before taking these up.
